We get right to that bottom line in every way possible. Train the gluteal trio with weighted exercises, body weight and bands; include the surrounding muscles to create the perfect package! Then work your way to a powerful midsection where you will have the benefit of increasing your mobility and function with a stronger and more stable core.
Classes must be scheduled at least 30 minutes in advance. All personal sessions/group training sessions, 1 on 1, semi-privates, athletic sessions need approval prior to scheduling. Please allow 24 hours for cancelations. Classes are subject to change or be canceled. If a class/classes are canceled, a pre-recorded video will be posted when available.
