Preventative training is essential for injury prevention, have a custom plan for your athlete or team to build strength, increase agility, speed and quickness and overall more adaptable athlete. Sessions are 45 minutes and must have minimum of 8 participants to continue. Contact Kari Johns to schedule sessions for a group or see if there is a group to join.
Classes must be scheduled at least 30 minutes in advance. All personal sessions/group training sessions, 1 on 1, semi-privates, athletic sessions need approval prior to scheduling. Please allow 24 hours for cancelations. Classes are subject to change or be canceled. If a class/classes are canceled, a pre-recorded video will be posted when available.
